Meeting the DOT guidelines, this up-to-date reasonable suspicion training covers training on alcohol and drug use in the workplace. Supervisors will gain the knowledge and confidence to recognize signs and symptoms of drug use and alcohol misuse. The total process, from the referral, to identifying the signs & symptoms, the interview and testing will be covered while applying the DOT requirements of training. The drugs used today and some from years past, will be displayed during the course.
There will also be items used by employees to conceal drug use on the job sites. What makes this course unique is the years of actual collections and real-life scenarios shared.
